Rooms were ideal and lovely, well done!
There was a wide array of appetising meals. Got wheelchair accessible room with VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS as expected. The location in a great area was marvellous and brilliant and there were shops and a supermarket nearby. The breakfast was satisfactory and located within 500 metres from Istria tube station was a plus.

The room was clean and spacious. The eco-friendly toiletries were a nice touch. I appreciated the well-equipped business corner, perfect for my needs. Breakfast was decent, with a variety of options, and I found the coffee to be quite good.

Great hotel very good value for money we had a car so we did not mind thats not in the center.Very clean only the breakfast lacked a little .

Good Breakfast.
The staff at reception was not friendly. On arrival they told us that they absolutely can not accommodate us despite of confirmed booking, because there were power cuts and water shortage in their Hotel the week before. And they can not do anything more. So they sent us to a remote hotel in outskirts of Milan (Holiday Inn Express Milan San Siro) and told us that it is just the same distance from city center as this hotel. At the same time we saw a tourist bus at the door of the hotel. While checking out from the hotel where we stayed they told us that they can not give us a receipt as booking was done in Holiday Inn Milan-Bicocca. Overall I will not even in my distant dreams book Holiday Inn hotel again.

Big and clean room for a good price! You have to walk ten minutes to the metro and then you can reach al the neighbourhoods you want. So you are not in the centre but for the money it is a very good deal.The staff is very friendly!
Because it's a big hotel you will not have a quiet start of the day, "romantic" breakfast. There are many people. Besides this the breakfast is excellent!
